Danielle and I have 3 amazing boys together that keep us very busy and active when we are not pressure cleaning or soft washing. Our oldest Kasen is 12, our middle son Kamden is 10, and our youngest Kohen is 8. We are a soccer family, and all our boys play for North Port Youth Soccer, with our oldest son playing on North Port Fusion, which travels all over Southwest Florida competing in Tournaments.
Our family also enjoys camping, exploring all over Florida to its natural parks, and taking our boys fishing up and down the coast of Florida. With being Florida natives, you can often find us relaxing at our beautiful beaches here in Sarasota and Charlotte County, there is something in the smooth white sands that recharge the soul and brings families together.

The journey of A1 Pressure Washing & Roof Cleaning began almost three decades ago in 1996, when my parents started an interior cleaning and window washing business.
As the business grew the demand for an exterior washer grew as well. It began to get difficult finding a company that would show up on time, and do as they said they would do, and following our high standard of cleaning.
Recognizing the need for personalized, high-quality exterior cleaning services, my parents were driven by a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in maintaining and restoring the appearance of residential homes and commercial properties. Armed with extensive knowledge in power washing and roof cleaning, they embarked on a mission to establish a company that prioritizes dedication, quality, and customer satisfaction.
At an early age my parents taught me the values of honest service and the importance of a strong work ethic. I’ve been personally pressure cleaning residential homes, commercial buildings, and homeowner associations in Southwest Florida since I was 17 years old.
From my very first driveway cleaning in Riverwood Golf & Country Club, I got hooked on the self satisfaction I got from taking a filthy concrete driveway, to bright and looking brand new.
